With the rise in HR Tech at the workplace, Chatbots are changing the way brands interact with their customers. “Since, communication is a very important aspect of HR, personalized Chatbots powered by artificial intelligence are beneficial in a number of processes in the employee lifecycle – right from the talent acquisition process to employee engagement. A survey by Oracle found that 80 percent of brands plan to use chatbots by 2020.” Hussein added.

According to a new McKinsey Global Survey, most organizations are implementing AI devices across their standard business processes or are at least contemplating it. However, the adoption of AI is still in its nascent stages. Roughly 30 percent of the respondents of the McKinsey survey claimed to pilot the use of AI. Many others are exploring ways of utilizing it to improve their productivity, ease and efficiency. The organizations already using AI have confirmed that it has resulted in a progressive transformation of human resources.  Chatbots and AI have become household names and enterprises are taking notice. “As the use of Chatbots and mobile computing is advancing, companies globally are looking to integrate HR data with other critical business systems such as finance and Business Information Tools resulting in the generation of a greater level of data analytics. The HR Management market is expected to grow to $30 billion by 2025, representing a 10.4 percent CAGR. With Millenials now forming a large space at the workplace, they are familiar with automation-enabled digital experiences.” said Lee Bowen, Sales Director Emirates HR
