According to a new McKinsey Global Survey, most organizations are implementing AI devices across their standard business processes or are at least contemplating it. However, the adoption of AI is still in its nascent stages. Roughly 30 percent of the respondents of the McKinsey survey claimed to pilot the use of AI. Many others are exploring ways of utilizing it to improve their productivity, ease and efficiency. The organizations already using AI have confirmed that it has resulted in a progressive transformation of human resources. Chatbots and AI have become household names and enterprises are taking notice. “As the use of Chatbots and mobile computing is advancing, companies globally are looking to integrate HR data with other critical business systems such as finance and Business Information Tools resulting in the generation of a greater level of data analytics. The HR Management market is expected to grow to $30 billion by 2025, representing a 10.4 percent CAGR.
