Omnia strengthens team, announces key promotions

·  UAE-based brand and digital agency makes key appointment as it announces two senior level promotions

· Aurélie Fornara-Baurain joins Omnia as Senior Digital Project Manager as Ashling O’Leary and Ed Dickson are promoted to Client Services Director and Creative Director respectively

Omnia, one of the UAE’s –  and region’s – leading and most trusted brand and digital agencies, is announcing a key appointment as well as two promotions within the senior ranks of its 52-member-strong team. The appointment and promotions coincide with a number of new client wins that will see the agency grow its client base in both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Joining Omnia in the position of Senior Digital Project Manager is Aurélie Fornara-Baurain. With over 10 years’ experience across the UK, France and the UAE, Fornara-Baurain brings a wealth of experience across industries that include technology, media, pharma, financial services, aeronautics and automotive. In her new role at Omnia, she will be joining a robust team of developers and project managers and will be responsible for managing a number of high profile digital transformation projects.

Along with the appointment of Fornara-Baurain, Omnia is also announcing the promotions of Ashling O’Leary from Group Account Director to Client Services Director and Ed Dickson from Associate Creative Director to Creative Director. O’Leary’s promotion will see her take responsibility for the agency’s client services team and ensure the quality management of each account, as well as lead organic growth within the agency’s growing portfolio of clients.  A key member of the Omnia team for over five years, O’Leary has played an instrumental role leading client services and growing business across some of the agency’s highest profile clients, resulting in numerous accolades for both the agency and its clients.

Dickson’s promotion to Creative Director means that he will be responsible for ensuring Omnia’s creative output is of the highest standards and recruiting and retaining new international creative talent. Having joined Omnia in 2012 as a Senior Designer, Dickson has worked across the agency’s portfolio of clients, rising through the ranks through delivering top quality award-winning work.

For Steve Haysom, Chief Executive Officer of Omnia, the appointment and promotions are about positioning the agency for continued growth as well as recognising both the achievements and talent in its existing team: “Our people are central to everything we do at Omnia and something that we feel is apparent through the strong partnerships we are able to build with our clients.  We are extremely proud to recognise both Ed and Ashling for their achievements and contribution to our business and by virtue, our clients, and to also welcome Aurélie to the team. Attracting, fostering and developing the best talent in the industry has always been a priority for Omnia – something that will only grow in importance for us as we expand further afield across the region.”
