Musafir.com competed against a number of leading travel service providers in the Middle East to showcase its industry-leading technology, customer service and product offering.
The award comes at a pivotal time for Musafir.com, following a period of progression during the past 12 months. The company appointed Rajesh Pareek, former DIFC CFO as the new Group CEO earlier this year and launched dedicated stores in Dubai with further expansion planned across India, GCC and MENA regions. In the last three years, the company has seen compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of about 40% and quadrupled the number of employees from 100 to more than 400.
