Instinctif Partners and Advert One Agree Strategic Partnership in Saudi Arabia

Partnership aims to take advantage of growing pipeline of Saudi IPOs in 2019 and 2020

– Consultancies will leverage track records and expertise to support local clients on IPO communications, investor relations, financial PR, corporate communications and corporate reporting

Advert One, Saudi Arabia’s leading IPO communications consultancy, and Instinctif Partners, a leading international business communications consultancy, have confirmed a strategic partnership to deliver financial and corporate communications services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With a combined team of 24 GCC-based consultants, the partnership will address a gap in capital markets communications by employing Advert One’s deep local IPO expertise alongside Instinctif’s well-established international capital markets communications record.

Signing the partnership, Shawaf Alshawaf, General Manager of Shawaf International Company, parent company of Advert One, said:
