117Live, the leading entertainment company based in Dubai, is pleased to announce Tracy Watchorn as their new Director – Sales and Marketing.
Recent investments into and launch of 117Live, its 25,000-capacity amphitheater, Dubai Autism Rocks Arena, and a roll out of a top of the line events calendar have seen an increase in large scale and now season long marketing and partnership opportunities materialize for brands, retailers and service providers across the region and this strategic appointment marks the further growth of the 117Live brand and its live events business.
Tracy joins 117Live with more than 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the International Sports and Entertainment business. Having worked with renowned events organizations such as FIFA Club World Cup, Dubai Rugby Sevens and Flash Entertainment, Tracy brings with her a wealth of regional sales and sponsorship experience. In her previous roles, she was responsible for developing and implementing successful sales & marketing strategies, managing partner relationships and maximizing optimization on investments.
At 117Live, Tracy will play a vital role in upgrading the in-house Sales, Marketing & Digital team and overseeing the PR strategy. Tracy will work with the other Al Ahli Group Business Units to maximize the group wide event association and to ensure synergy between relevant sister companies like Gold’s Gym, ComiCave, Little Manila, Dubai Outlet Mall and theAudience. With her diverse experience, she will be instrumental in broadening the commercial reach of the now well-established concert venue, Dubai Autism Rocks Arena, and securing new and innovative partnership deals.
