Engage Works, a world-leading creative technology agency based in Dubai and London,is proud to announce two new key hires to the business; Abigail Firth as the Managing Director for the Middle East office and Paul Hunter, Group Commercial Director.
Abi’s background is global, seeing her hold positions in places such as the UK, Kuala Lumpur, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. She has worked with a number of award-winning brand consultancies, including b2b agency Gyro and more recently, Latitude Agency.
In her current role with Engage Works, she will co-develop and execute Engage Works’ long-term strategy and operations for the Middle Eastalong with the CEO, Steve Blyth. She will effectively manage Dubai’s team and take the lead in overseeing the company’s business systems that support all operations, makingsure that the operational effectiveness between the Dubai and London offices is seamless.

Joining Abigail’s journey at Engage Works, is also Paul Hunter, Group Commercial Director. Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from his years in senior roles at a number of award winning agencies such as Cheil, JKR, 1HQ and Bezier. Paul has a track record for developing specialist teams and delivering memorable, meaningful experiences, he has spent the last few months as a business development consultant helping shape the direction of the business to a full service creative technology agency with creative at its heart.
