Cohn & Wolfe will support Global Blue on corporate, B2B and B2C communications
Cohn & Wolfe, a leading communications agency, has been appointed by Global Blue, a world leader in Tax Free Shopping, to support the planning and implementation of a global PR programme to increase awareness and understanding among retailers and consumers.
Global Blue facilitates tax refunds for a network of thousands of the world’s most recognisable high street and luxury brands, while helping consumers find the best places to shop tax free in 39 countries. It operates one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive databases on international shoppers, which it uses to support a range of customers, from retailers to banks, helping them to target and profit from the lucrative traveller market.
Cohn & Wolfe will handle ongoing B2B outreach to promote Global Blue’s core functions and products to merchants, as well as consumer campaigns to promote its Tax Free Shopping offering. The agency will provide strategic guidance on media relations, content creation, issues management, crisis communications, internal communications and brand building services.
The programme will target a global audience and will support Global Blue’s growth in key markets – across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Cohn & Wolfe will work in collaboration with Global Blue’s Communciations team: Duncan Skehens, AVP Corporate Communications, and Ella Collier, AVP Consumer Communications.
