MediaMonks Opens Its Doors in Dubai

Digital production company to partner with agencies across the region

Digital production powerhouse MediaMonks heightens a successful year with opening of a new office in Dubai. MediaMonks’ sixth international office will serve the growing demand for high-end digital work in the Middle East as well as contribute to the further development of digital industry in the region.

MediaMonks Dubai kicks-off with a significant hire of John Davey, joining MediaMonks as a senior digital producer, bringing in years of solid digital experience in the Middle Eastern region. Davey is currently engaged in various creative projects by MediaMonks Dubai and the new outpost is already partnering with local offices of key advertising networks and agencies. 

MediaMonks CEO, Victor Knaap says: “With the Dubai office we are responding to the growing demand for a trusted digital partner serving agencies and brands in the Middle East. We are proud to be already working for top local agencies such as JWT, Leo Burnett and 180, on projects for brands including Google, Nike and Ooredoo. The market in and around Dubai is bursting with opportunities in both, the creative and digital, fields.” Knaap adds: “We are eager to start doing what we do best: building solid agency partnerships and producing category-defining work.”

MediaMonks looks back at a highly successful year, with over 200 awards won by the company to date including six grand prix and 23 Cannes Lions trophies. In December 2014, MediaMonks was also named the Best Digital Company in the US & Europe at Ciclope Festival and was the only digital company to rank amongst the Top Production Companies in Ad Age’s annual Awards Report 2014.
