Initiative in MENA has secured a phenomenal 11 nominations at the region’s 2014 Effie awards, which celebrate excellence in marketing effectiveness.
Four of the agency’s client accounts are represented throughout the shortlist, with six nominations for their work with Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), three for
Mobily and one apiece for Etisalat and Americana.
The awards span five categories with DMI nominated for more than a quarter of the awards in the Media category.
A global awards organisation, regional Effies ceremonies are held around the world. The awards are billed as celebrating “Ideas That Work: marketing ideas that click, bring home the results, and meet organisational objectives”.
The awards ceremony will take place in Dubai on 19th November 2014.
