Thea Skelton is joining Dubai Lynx to take up the role of Festival Director. Thea originally from the UK has over 13 years of experience in the events industry, including 7 years in various roles across the Middle East and has worked on numerous large scale events and award shows including the Host Cities Summit. Thea will be responsible for overseeing Dubai Lynx and ensuring the continued success and innovation of the Festival.
Hayley Nolan, who has been with the Festival for 3 years, has been promoted to Event Manager.
Following a handover period, Emma Farmer will be taking a short sabbatical before returning to Dubai in September as an Events Consultant, at which point she will continue to assist Thea and the team as required. Emma remarked “It has been an incredible 5 years, and I look forward to Lynx continuing to grow and build on the solid foundations that have been set.”

Dubai Lynx 2017 will return to the Madinat Jumeirah Arena, Dubai and will take place from the 5-8 March 2017. Full details about new launches for 2017 will follow in September.
