Latest opening marks the sixth Carrefour concept store for Majid Al Futtaim in the UAE

Marking the sixth store to open in the retailer’s Carrefour City portfolio since 2014 and the first Carrefour City to open in this vibrant Dubai precinct, the new daily shopping destination represents the ‘ultimate neighborhood convenience store’.
Ideally situated in the heart of Dubai Sports City, on the ground floor of the upmarket residential Matrix Tower, the store meets the daily grocery shopping needs of residents and visitors alike offering the best of Carrefour’s diverse product range at competitive prices, all under one roof.
With a strong focus on the convenience aspect, the new store is the ideal solution for customers’ daily grocery shopping needs. With quality and freshness at the core of Carrefour’s brand values, the Dubai Sports City store sells an array of organic produce on offer, along with everyday essential household goods.
The new 200sqm shop has extended operating hours from 7am to midnight and is set to become the one-stop-shop for customers’ last minute needs. Thanks to designated ‘service points’ in stores, shoppers can top up their Nol cards, pay their bills and purchase mobile phone credit. A home delivery service is also available.
The Dubai Sports City store joins five other Carrefour City stores in Dubai, consisting of Burjuman RTA Metro, Union RTA Metro, Al Barsha, Al Sukoon Marina and Al Fahidi RTA Metro.
All Carrefour City stores are statically positioned in local neighborhoods, easily accessible to their respective communities and in highly populated areas such as transport terminals and shopping centres.
