On October 10th, TBWA\RAAD embarked on a self-care journey with its dedicated employees: In celebration of World Mental Health Day, TBWA\RAAD introduced its “Pause to Recharge” initiative.
This program is designed to bolster employee well-being, safeguard their time, and fuel their creativity, one break at a time.
The “Pause to Recharge” initiative incorporates a set of vital commitments aimed at nurturing a healthy work environment, with:
No meetings scheduled during the 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM break.
No meetings, calls, or WhatsApp messages sent after 6:30 PM.
No weekend work.
Staff members were treated to invigorating mini massage sessions, infused water, wholesome snacks, and an array of thoughtful gifts and treats. The day culminated in an agency-wide townhall where Group CEO Reda Raad formally introduced the “Pause to Recharge” initiative to employees across the region.
Reflecting on this significant milestone, Group CEO Reda Raad said, “Today, on World Mental Health Day, it is imperative to acknowledge the pivotal role of wellness and health in the workplace. At TBWA\RAAD, we have always prioritized the well-being of our employees, cultivating a safe, nurturing, and uplifting environment for them to flourish and thrive. I am committed to safeguarding their ‘me’ time and work-life balance, assuring them that we will wholeheartedly support their need for renewal and relaxation.”
