Dentons advises Immensa on its US$20 million Series B financing round

Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, has advised Immensa, a leading additive manufacturing and digital inventory platform based in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, on securing an investment of US$20 million in its latest funding round. The round was led by Global Ventures, a leading MENA-based venture capital firm.

The funding will be instrumental in furthering Immensa’s mission to revolutionise the manufacturing and inventory management industry through its innovative digital platform. By enabling businesses to create, store and deploy digital inventories on demand, Immensa is ushering in a new era that reduces the need for physical inventory and streamlines the supply chain process.

The funds will be directed towards Immensa’s research and development, expanding the team and enhancing the technology infrastructure of the platform. With this, Immensa is poised to further its reach and impact, bringing transformative change to the manufacturing and supply chain industry.

Immensa’s Series B round was advised by Dentons under the leadership of partner Christopher Rose, having previously advised them on its Series A round.

Dentons’ Dubai Corporate partner and UAE’s Venture Technology and Emerging Growth (VTG) lead David McGrory, added: “We are proud to see Immensa securing this investment in the region and look forward to seeing the development to come.”
