UM MENAT appoints seasoned leader Jad Daou to spearhead its new High-Growth Unit in the UAE, advancing its growth strategy for high-potential clients.
UM MENAT has announced the promotion of Jad Daou to Deputy General Manager – UAE, where he will lead UM’s newly established High-Growth Unit. This unit is a pivotal component of UM’s growth strategy, focusing on driving substantial business impact for clients with high-growth potential.
With over 15 years of experience and a proven record of delivering exceptional results, Jad has been instrumental in leading high-profile accounts, including McDonald’s, Dyson, and Modon, among many others. His strategic acumen, deep client relationships, and commitment to performance excellence make him uniquely qualified to lead this new unit.
In his new role, Jad will oversee key UM clients with a special focus on expanding in Abu Dhabi, engage closely with new economy clients, and introduce innovative service models in alignment with UM’s upcoming brand positioning.
