Aswaaq launched a brand new online shopping platform accompanied with a delivery service. The platform will be an extension of their retail chains in the region, considering quality standards that form the base of the company.
With the aim to provide customers with enhanced e-shopping services, Aswaaq will also leverage its strong customer relationships to reach a wider audience of online shoppers. The retailer’s extension falls in line with government’s vision to provide a happier, life for the citizens and residents of the UAE.
In the first phase, several areas in Dubai will have access to Aswaaq’s online delivery service including Umm Suqeim, Umm Al Sheif, Al Manara, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village, JLT, Tecom, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeira, Al Sufouh, Al Safa, Al Wasl and Al Badaa.
Paired with several payment options such as e-payment, credit card online, credit card on delivery, cash on delivery or by using the points in their aswaaq Loyalty accounts “Wafa”, customers will also receive points by using their Wafa loyalty programme number. These points can be redeemed on purchases from any Aswaaq supermarkets.

In addition to redeemable points that Aswaaq provides Wafa members with, Customers can expect added features such as instant discounts, special offers and more with the Wafa loyalty programme.
The online shopping system allows users to pick a preferred time and date of delivery.
Customers can take advantage of the available delivery service by aswaaq fully equipped vehicles from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM and place their orders through their smart phones.
