Effective April 1, 2025, Bonial is restructuring its Management Board under the leadership of CEO Christoph Eck-Schmidt to further strengthen its product development and market positioning in Germany and France. This strategic realignment will be a key driver of sustainable growth and innovation.
Florian Reinartz (38), currently Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, will be appointed to the Management Board effective April 1, 2025, and will assume overall responsibility for sales and marketing in Germany and France. In his new role, Reinartz will collaborate closely with Laurent Landel, CEO of Bonial France, to develop innovative marketing solutions for retailers in both countries.
Karsten Lehmann (40), who has been Chief Product Officer and a member of Bonial’s Management Board since 2023, will additionally assume overall responsibility for all product and IT-related areas, including Operations, Product, and IT.
Francis Felice (48), CFO of Bonial, will focus on central corporate functions and, as part of this transition, step down from the Management Board. His responsibilities will continue to include Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Procurement & Office Management and Sales Operations.
