To offer a training opportunity for UAE Nationals
The Emirates Group has partnered with PwC Middle East to offer UAE National graduates a secondment opportunity in one of the world’s leading professional services network. Two UAE National Emirates Group employees have been selected this year to partake in PwC’s Watani Graduate Programme, providing them with a unique training opportunity in fields such as consultancy, assurance, audit and finance.
The selected UAE National employees have successfully passed the rigorous PwC selection process and began their 12-month secondment with PwC earlier this month. The two candidates joined a batch of 300 new graduates welcomed by PwC from different Middle Eastern countries, all looking to complete professional training and obtain certification on the allocated field across PwC’s offices in the region.

PwC’s Watani Graduate Programme for UAE nationals runs alongside PwC’s Middle East Graduate Programme, with almost 300 new graduates joining PwC Middle East every September. This year, the induction week started on 10 September in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and will be followed by weeks of training tailored to the graduate’s business area, after which each graduate go to their offices across the Middle East region.
