Pushdot, an application owned by Nomadic Capital Limited, celebrated the company’s first award win at the 6th Appy Awards ceremony held in New York this week.
Created to honor extraordinary applications as well as creativity and excellence in app design, the award program recognized Pushdot as the best app in their Social Sharing category.
“The Appy Awards is one of the most esteemed recognition programs within the App world,” explained Nomadic Co-Founder Ziad Ghosn who expressed the company’s excitement about the win, “This accolade truly validates the innovation behind Pushdot and further fuels our passion for the digital sector where we see great potential,” he says.
Created under the promise of “networking made simple”, Pushdot is an application that enables users to consolidate all contact information, such as social sites, web addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, in one single location. This information can be shared with other Pushdot users via the application itself and through email or SMS for non-users. Browsing can also be tailored according to user preference whereby they can select or unselect the data they would like to see.
Pushdot is a C2C and a fluid B2C platform that will be ideal for working professionals and businesses alike where data collection and sharing are frequently used. It bridges real life and digital life relationships.
The app which is still being developed, has been nominated for several other awards including the Collision Conference New Orleans, Best Mobile App Awards and Cristal Awards Interact. The release date is yet to be announced.
