In a move that reflects the changing face of the communications industry, Performance Communications Middle East has welcomed digital expert Peter Ganney to the new role of Communications Director, allowing the specialist agency to deliver stronger, more integrated communications solutions than ever before. Peter brings over 10 years’ online and offline experience, derived from developing and executing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands and most charismatic figures, to the established sports and automotive agency.
Since arriving in the region in 2012, Peter has worked across the GCC with clients such as the Qatar Olympic Committee, Uber, Porsche, Aston Martin and the Mubadala World Tennis Championships. He moved to the UAE after successfully overseeing Boris Johnson’s re-election to the London mayoralty as his operations director.
In this newly created, senior management role of Communications Director, Peter will manage the operational side of Performance Communications Middle East agency, with a particular emphasis on assisting clients to communicate their messages across digital and social media channels.
Founded in London in 2002, Performance Communications launched its Dubai office in 2009. Since then the company has not only grown in size – last year it worked with global names such as Bentley, Breitling, Activision, Hyundai, Continental Tires, Konami and Volvo Trucks – but also in terms of its service offering. As well as a core PR and Media Relations proposition, Performance Communications can also deliver first-class support with digital activities, event organisation and video production.
