J. Walter Thompson has scored a hefty series of notable entries including the highly coveted Advertising Agency of the year accolade which went to J. Walter Thompson Cairo.

To top it off in only a week, Campaign recognized the news as the #3 most read article of the year on their website. J. Walter Thompson Cairo also scored the #5 position in that same Top 10 List with the news about their Egypt Air account win.
A year of amazing firsts saw the agency named first runner up in Advertising Network of the Year. “Cairo scored a first ever for Egypt with a Titanium Lion* at Cannes; Riyadh landed the first ever grand prix for Saudi Arabia at the Dubai Lynx; Amman scored Jordan’s first ever Lynx gold for its retro execution of the Toyota Corolla; and the Cairo office led the Egypt Economic Development Conference, a first-of-its-kind land- mark event for Egypt.”
The witty widow of Cairo, Abla Fahita, claimed the #1 slot for Integrated Campaigns in MENA; and the recently launched local campaign This is Egypt came in at #7.
First place in the Top 10 List of TV commercials went to Crunch Egypt’s ‘Skenshayzar’ and Vodafone Egypt’s brilliant ‘Ramadan’ campaign came in at #7. Both were produced by J. Walter Thompson Cairo.
Coming in at #1 on the list of the Top 10 Prints, Posters and Outdoor campaigns was J. Walter Thompson Amman’s nostalgic print ad “Corolla 1966“. J. Walter Thompson Dubai hit the #8 position, for the DeLonghi “Tomato” print ad.
J. Walter Thompson Cairo landed the #5 spot on the top 10 MENA pitches in 2015 for winning the multi-agency pitch for Egyptian Tourist Authority’s global account.
