KBS (kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners), a creatively driven global marketing agency, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Hohman as Global Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.
A seasoned marketing executive, Hohman brings significant global experience and a reputation as a results-driven, creatively focused global marketer to the agency.
Hohman will lead new business development and global marketing of KBS as the agency continues to expand and deepen its foothold in North America, Europe and APAC, helping the agency deliver on its mission to invent highly creative marketing firsts for world class brands. She will oversee efforts for the entire KBS global stack across offices and specialisms. Hohman will report to Guy Hayward, Global CEO of KBS, and Ed Brojerdi, CEO of KBS New York.
KBS, an MDC Partners agency, incorporates business units around technology (KBS Spies & Assassins), start-up investment (KBS Ventures) and content creation (KBS Content Labs). Similarly, the agency’s stack of born-unique entrepreneurial specialisms, which includes The Media Kitchen for media planning and buying, Attention social media agency and Kwittken communications agency, view marketing invention as the mission and work conjointly with the KBS team to generate fully-integrated, high-impact strategies for its brand clients.

Hohman joins KBS from IPG with more than 20 years of experience leading marketing strategy for numerous world-class brands and new business development for top marketing organizations. Hohman began her tenure at UM as EVP of Global Business Development, then becoming EVP of North American Business Development of Mediabrands before her most recent position heading up global accounts. During her seven years within Mediabrands, Hohman proved herself to be a leader in driving revenue and growth for both agencies and brands, achieving year over year client growth and bringing significant global and U.S. business to the agency, including Hershey’s, United States Army, Charles Schwab, BMW, Nationwide and Chrysler to name a few. She was also responsible for growth across the Mediabrands network in North America, including UM, Initiative and BPN as well as the diversified services specialty units.
Prior to joining Mediabrands, Hohman was SVP, Group Account Director of IPG McCann Worldgroup / MRM where she most notably built intricate inner-agency teams and led the United States Army and Verizon FiOS business. Earlier in her career, she spent over ten years at OgilvyOne Worldwide, leading large global client engagements such as IBM, SAP and Merck.
