Microsoft renews its support for Comex 2015

• Visitors to have a ‘sneak peek’ at the newly unveiled Windows 10 and other technology innovations

Microsoft Oman announced that it is participating, as Lead Sponsor, in Comex 2015 to be held under the patronage of The Information Technology Authority of Oman between 27 and 30 April, 2015 at Oman International Exhibition Center.

Commenting on this partnership, Dr. Salim Sultan Al Ruzaiqi, CEO of Information Technology Authority (ITA) said “We are delighted that Microsoft is renewing its support for Comex by joining us as a Lead Sponsor again this year.” Dr. Al Ruzaiqi applauded the efforts of Microsoft in keeping Oman’s ICT sector up-to-date with the latest in technology inventions and innovations. 

“We are thrilled to partake in the 2015 session of Oman’s premier IT, Telecom & Technology Exhibition – Comex,” said Sheikh Saif Hilal Al Hosni, Business Development Manager for Microsoft Oman. “This participation comes as part of our commitment to the Sultanate of Oman and our local partners to continually bring the latest technology that empowers every individual and business to achieve more,” he added.

Microsoft will be showcasing the latest in devices and services innovation, in-line with industry mega trends of Cloud, Enterprise Social, Mobility and Big Data. Visitors to this year’s IT Expo will have the chance to enjoy a ‘sneak peek’ at the newly unveiled Windows 10 and learn more about the new experiences it offers. 

Microsoft team will be welcoming visitors to their stand at Comex 2015 to introduce them to the latest innovations in Devices, Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity and Business Solutions.
