The Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) announced its first ever “MEPRA Leadership Majlis.” The prestigious forum will bring together some of the world’s most esteemed public relations professionals for an evening of majlis-style discussions in Abu Dhabi on June 10, 2015.
The MEPRA Leadership Majlis will be held under the theme, “Progress and Potential: Public Relations in the Middle East.”
“We believe that this region is not only breaking new ground in terms of international public relations standards, but it is also home to some of the most creative and inspired agency, corporate and government campaigns in the world,” said Brian Lott, Chairman of MEPRA. “The forum will discuss how curiosity about the region has inspired creativity in how the story of progress is told.”
CEOs and senior leadership from local and international entities will participate in the evening program, from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. The evening will include dinner and feature discussions and presentations from some of the industry’s most recognized leaders, including the following invited speakers:

The MEPRA Leadership Majlis will also feature a panel of young communication professionals from organizations across the region. They will share their experiences and thoughts on the industry, and as the generation of the digital age, provide leadership with insight on how they are overcoming today’s challenges.
To culminate the event, MEPRA will announce its first “MEPRA Visionary Award,” a platform that aims to recognize distinguished executives in the region. Post a rigorous judging process, the MEPRA Visionary Award will be given to an agency or corporate CEO who has been an influencer on the regional and global stage on issues important to the UAE.
