Tarek Karzon to lead digital operations for Initiative’s clients in the kingdom
Initiative KSA, a division of the Initiative MENA communications network, has announced that it has appointed Tarek Karzon as its new Digital Director. Taking up his position from immediate effect, Karzon will lead the Initiative KSA teams in both the country’s offices in Riyadh and Jeddah, handling all the digital operations for Initiative’s clients in the kingdom.

Karzon joins Initiative from a consultancy role where he worked on several projects that saw him developing staff skills around e-Commerce basics and SEO writing. He was also heavily involved with digital training, sales training and the revamping of media packs, rate cards and portfolios. His clients during his consultancy period included Chicco, Sanrio and Komli publishing house. Karzon has also worked as Regional Business Development and Adsales Manager with on-line market giant Souq.com, and Digital Media Director with Aegis Media.
