Hold onto your tridents because Yas Island Abu Dhabi has just announced its newest Chief Island Officer – Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa.
The Hollywood star is taking over from comedian Kevin Hart, who recently vacated the role. And if Jason’s epic entrance in the announcement trailer is any indication, we’re in for one wild ride.
In the video, Jason can be seen dramatically paddling up to the W Hotel on a board, announcing that his calling has led him to this “ridiculously awesome job”, before the hotel facade lights up to welcome him as the new Chief Island Officer. We can’t think of a more fitting way to kick off this exciting new chapter for Yas Island Abu Dhabi.
