Speaking to the organizers of the 4th annual HR Tech MENA Summit, Dubai based QnA International, the Enterprise Software Company, Infor commented on the use of new technologies in Human Resource (HR) processes across the MENA region. Of these new technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is capturing the imagination of many, and simultaneously been adopted in various applications in HR, especially in recruitment.

So drastic are the changes in the nature of work that all organizations have to embrace digital transformation and its commensurate networked intelligence if they want to attract the right employees, serve their customers, and compete. However, the use of technology at the workplace should empower the employees by “Giving them ‘anytime, anywhere’ access to high-frequency, high-value activities of the new digital age, bearing in mind that employees have access to, and use, advanced technologies in their daily non-working lives too,” stated Taman.
