The culinary journey, accompanied by the tunes of resident DJ and Clara, begin with a selection of exquisite canapes such as Pearl Oysters, Avocado, Yuzu and Tapioca and Hokkaido Beef, the thoughtfully crafted three-course menu, featuring the finest ingredients and culinary artistry. Guests can end their meal on a sweet note with a petit four.
